Returns & Exchange

Unworn items with original tags can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us by phone or WhatsApp with your order number to arrange a pickup or visit our store at Yas Mall. Sale items are exchange-only. Undergarments, gahfiya caps and opened perfume oils cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Altered (shortened) kanduras cannot be returned.
