1. Introduction

Welcome to the Abdullah Hussain Khunji Garments Trading website. By accessing or purchasing from our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.

2. Products & Availability

  • Authenticity: We guarantee that all garments, including abayas, kanduras, sheilas, and fabrics, are authentic and manufactured to the high standards associated with the Abdullah Hussain Khunji brand.
  • Colors & Sizing: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Please refer to our size guide carefully before ordering custom-tailored items.
  • Stock: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and refund the full amount.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Currency: All prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations within the UAE.
  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Locations: We currently ship to all Emirates within the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah).
  • Timelines: Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days. Custom-tailored orders (e.g., bespoke kanduras or abayas) may require an additional 5–7 business days for production.
  • Shipping Fees: A flat rate of AED 20 applies to orders under AED 300. Orders above AED 300 qualify for free shipping.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: You may exchange ready-made items within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom-tailored or altered garments (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
    • Fabrics that have been cut to specific lengths.
    • Undergarments or accessories for hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item. For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.

6. Limitation of Liability

Abdullah Hussain Khunji Garments Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
